Dr. Zhao provides the full range of family medicine services. She also has special interests in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. She took the graduate diploma course in family practice dermatology and aesthetic courses to broaden her knowledge and hone her skills. She’s also experienced in Women and Children's Health and Chronic Disease Management.
Dr. Zhao Jing graduated from Peking Union Medical College (affiliated with Tsinghua University) in 2010 with a Doctor of Medicine degree, and completed her internship at the renowned Peking Union Medical College Hospital in Beijing. She started her career as a researcher studying Cancer with Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health in National University of Singapore. Following her interest in clinical medicine, she joined National Healthcare Group as a medical officer. She was subsequently selected into the Family Medicine Residency training program in 2012. During her residency in Tan Tock Seng Hospital and National University Hospital, she rotated in various departments, such as General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatric Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, ENT, Ophthalmology, and Dermatology. She successfully completed her residency training in 2015 and continued her career in polyclinics and subsequently in the private sector.
She believes that providing holistic care and building a good rapport with patients is the essence of family medicine.

Dr. Jason Lau has spent years in the public sector working locally at multiple surgical departments including facial plastics, otolaryngology and neurosurgery. Internationally, he has worked with esteemed professors at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
In addition, he is physician trainer to medical and dental colleagues on hydronic acid filler injections. With a strong interest in aesthetic medicine and surgery, Dr Lau is a published author in international medical journals, with presentations at both international and local medical conferences. This allows Dr Lau to provide the most state-of-the-art, and yet fitting treatments for his patients. With using only minimally invasive procedures, he strives to achieve the best results for his patients.

Dr. Caroline Low has a keen interest in pro-ageing medicine, preventive medicine, hormonal treatment and runs a successful andropause and menopause practice. She is also a frequent speaker in public forums on andropause where she has a strong personal interest. Aside from these special interest areas, she is also a general practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience.
Dr. Low is a fellow of the American Board of Anti-Ageing and Rejuvenation Medicine since Aug 2007 and obtained her fellowship with the Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine in 2010. As a Pro-Ageing Physician, it is her interest to make great strides in reducing the risks of disability and death from heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, cancer, senility, and arthritis, essentially by modifying the metabolism of the old to that of the young – in essence, achieving rejuvenation and reversal of ageing. It is her belief that "Age is inevitable, Ageing is not".

Professor Ng Soon-Chye is an internationally-renown specialist in the area of Reproductive Medicine. He graduated from the University of Singapore (NUS) in 1974, obtained a specialist degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG) of London in 1981. He has also obtained his Doctorate in Medicine (M.D.) from NUS in 1989.
Professor Ng started his first in-vitro fertilization program in Singapore in 1982 which resulted in Asia's first test-tube (IVF) baby, delivered in May 1983. He went on to develop the first SUZI (sub-zona insemination) baby in the world in 1989. This was a revolutionary technique at that time, whereby weak sperm was injected directly under the shell (zona pellucida) of the egg, to enable fertilization. The baby born was the first in the World from a micro-injection technique. In 1993, he did the first ICSI baby in Asia, which was an extension of the SUZI technique, whereby the sperm is injected directly into the egg proper.
Professor Ng served in NUS from 1977 to 2003 and concurrently in the National University Hospital (NUH) from 1986 to 2003 (from 1977 to 1985, he was in the University Unit of the old Kandang Kerbau Hospital). He obtained his professorship in December 1993, and from 1997 to 2001 he became the Chairman of the Department of O&G in NUS and Chief of O&G in NUH. Professor Ng was also Chairman of the Committee of O&G, Graduate School of Medical Studies in NUS from 2000 to 2002, during which period he was in charge of the O&G post-graduate training.
He holds special interests in infertility (including male infertility), gynaecological laparoscopy, and hormonal disturbances. He serves as an advisor to the Ministry of Health when there are issues related especially to infertility. He holds an adjunct professorship in the Dept of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, NUS, and in the School of Biological Science, Nanyang Technological University, where he lectures Development Biology.
Professor Ng is very active in research work. From 1997 to 2003, he was the Director of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Clinical Collaborating Center for Research in Human Reproduction and the WHO Clinical Collaborating Center for Maternal-Child Health / Family Planning Service Research and Training. He also has an extensive list of his own publications, mainly in the field of human embryology and in-vitro fertilization, especially micro-injection.
Professor Ng was awarded the prestigious Fellowship to the Asian Oceanic Federation of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in June 2015 for his scientific and medical contributions to infertility; the Fellowship is limited to less than 25 Fellows at any one time, and at the time of conferment, there were only 21 Fellows world-wide.

Dr. Benjamin Chua is currently Medical Director and Senior Consultant Vascular Surgeon at the Vascular & Interventional Centre (VIC) with outpatient clinics at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Farrer Park Hospital, Singapore. In April 2020, VIC opened its third and largest clinic, at Novena Specialist Center, which houses a day surgery center to perform vascular and interventional procedures.
Prior to setting up the VIC, Dr. Chua was the Founding Head of the Department of Vascular Surgery at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), the first department of its kind in Singapore dedicated to caring for patients with vascular diseases. He was also concurrently Senior Consultant Surgeon and Director of Endovascular Surgery.
Dr. Chua graduated with MBBS from the National University of Singapore. In 2001, he was awarded the Singapore National Medical Research Council (NMRC) Fellowship Training Award, to pursue the Clinical Research Training Programme at Duke University School of Medicine, where he obtained his MHSc in Clinical Research in 2003. While at Duke, he was also a research fellow at the Duke Clinical Research Institute, focusing on lower limb peripheral artery disease in the dialysis-dependent populations and the development of randomized trials in surgery.
He returned to Singapore in 2003 to complete his basic and advanced training in General and Vascular Surgery at SGH. In 2008, he obtained Specialty Accreditation from the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and was admitted as a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In 2009, Dr. Chua was awarded the Singapore Ministry of Health – NHG HMDP Award to pursue sub-specialty training in Advanced Endovascular Surgery in Melbourne, Australia. He trained as a Fellow under the tutelage of Professor Michael Denton, an expert in advanced aortic stent grafts and fenestrated devices. Dr. Chua was also the Honorary Clinical Fellow in Vascular Surgery at St. Vincent’s and Epworth Hospitals, Melbourne.
Dr. Chua is a regional proctor and case demonstrator, traveling regularly in the Asia-Pacific region to teach and proctor complex aortic stenting, peripheral vascular interventions, vein surgery, and vascular malformation treatment. He is also regularly invited to be faculty and speaker at regional and international vascular conferences. Dr. Chua also travels to neighboring regional countries to consult on patients and assist in surgeries.
Dr. Chua’s active research interests include the development of novel surgical devices. He is the recipient of competitive grants from A*STAR/ SERC and SMART. He also holds patents and invention disclosures for several vascular surgery devices. While at SGH, he was the Deputy Director for Device Development under the Academic Clinical Programme in Surgery and also sat on the SingHealth Centralized Institutional Review Board. He has written book chapters and has published research articles in international vascular surgery journals.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Chua’s passions are in treatments of aortic aneurysm, diabetic limb salvage, stroke prevention (carotid surgery), vein diseases, dialysis access issues, and vascular malformations. His drive is to provide effective treatment for patients suffering from vascular-related health problems.
Dr. Chua is also very passionate about his patients. From 2011-2015 he received several patient quality care awards ay SingHealth including the Heart of Gold and the Singapore Health Care Quality Gold and Silver awards. Through VIC, he hopes to provide dedicated personalized care to patients with the goal of achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Dr. Manish Taneja is an expert in performing minimally invasive interventional procedures under image guidance. He is also a proctor and supports procedures and operations in the other countries in the region independently.
Dr. Manish did his initial medical training in Delhi, India. He subsequently moved to the UK where he specialized in Radiology with an interest in Interventional Radiology. He obtained his FRCR & CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) from the UK.
Dr. Manish has two interventional fellowships in body and neuro-intervention of one year each from the University of Toronto, Canada & University of Washington, Seatle, USA.
After completing his training, he joined Singapore General Hospital, Singapore as a Consultant in 2006. He moved to Raffles Hospital in 2012. He is also a Visiting Consultant at National Neuroscience Institute and National University Hospital, Singapore.
Dr. Manish performs the entire spectrum of vascular and nonvascular interventions. He is well versed and proficient in all kinds of procedures across various specialties including neurological, vascular, oncology, head and neck, chest, hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, uro-renal and genital systems. He has a special interest in performing minimally invasive endovascular procedures in the brain and body.
